Reservation, Deposit and Payment Policy
- Reservations have to be followed by non refundable deposits of by Credit Card either VISA or Master card
- Deposits are: – non-refundable
- the remaining balance is payable upon arrival by cash, Visa, MasterCard or debit card.
- Minimum stay during July and August, long weekends and statutory holidays is 2 nights; please inquire for nightly rentals during those times.
- Check-in is 3 pm – 9.30 pm, check-out by 10 am
- Please register upon arrival, no visitors for any length of time are allowed on the Property during your stay. The Resort is for our overnight guests exclusively.
- All units are non-smoking, no vaping, scent free.
- Everyone enjoys quiet time between 11 pm and 8 am, your consideration is greatly appreciated.
- If you like to feed or pet the bunny, please ask at the office first so we can assist you.
- Pets are welcome, we are not a pet resort, but are pet friendly, in consideration of all other guests without pets, please have your pet on a leash at all times, don’t allow your dog to bark at other guests and be considered that not every person has to love and like your pet (please don’t allow marking around the cottages, flowers etc.). A poop and scoop policy is strictly enforced (bags available at the office) please use the designated Pet Area and not the lawn shared by all
- Music is to be played inside only and on a level that isn’t disturbing to your neighbour.
- Please book rentals at the office. Life jackets and safety kits for the use of any water craft is mandatory. A life jacket only helps if you actually wear it! Cash only
- Garbage, Recycling and Green bins are emptied once daily.
- We encourage you to use the Green bin for all organic matter, we can empty it once it’s full, just leave it with your blue box outside.
- If you decide to leave dished for the cleaning crew, please also leave a tip for them
- Thank you for leaving your unit clean and tidy when checking-out
